The app does not require an account, contains no advertising and sends no usage data to the developer. Visits to this website and support messages involve the processing described below.

App and on-device coach

Game rules and lessons are included in the app. Learning progress and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone. All eleven games and lesson phases are free; in-app purchases are disabled in version 1.0.

The optional coach uses Apple's Foundation Models on your device. Questions and answers are not sent to the developer or an AI server. A supported device with Apple Intelligence enabled is required. The app does not integrate analytics, advertising or tracking services.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes the connection data required to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, request time and address, response status and browser information. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.

A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. Its current service description specifies that hosting log files are stored for a maximum of seven days. IONOS service description, March 2026.

The website itself sets no cookies, includes no analytics scripts and serves its fonts, images and other resources locally.

Email support

If you contact me, I process your email address and the contents of your message to respond to your request, under Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR depending on the request. Messages are received in a Microsoft Outlook mailbox. See also Microsoft's privacy statement. Messages are deleted once the request is resolved and retention is no longer necessary, unless statutory retention requirements apply.

App Store

Apple processes data independently when you download the app from the App Store. See Apple's privacy policy.

Your rights

Subject to applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the supervisory authority in Lower Saxony, Germany. Contact the controller above for privacy requests.
